Ensure your iOS device is updated to version 17.0 or newer for proper app functionality. Troubleshoot by testing video on Wi-Fi and data, clearing the app cache via Applications Oaklawn Anywhere clear cache, restarting the device, or reinstalling the app. Check your iOS version here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201685.
For all IOS devices, make sure your OS is up to date and no software updates are pending. You can also try the following:
- Make sure your IOS is version 17.0 or newer, (older versions may not work as intended-see below on how to find)
- Try the video on both Wi-Fi and Data. Make sure you can reach other sites.
- Clear the App cache (see below)
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and Reinstall the App
