How to download and install software
- Click Free Software
- Click MULTICAPS
- Click Download MULTICAPS 2000 for Windows full version 1.20 (MC32v120.exe)
- Locate the installer in downloads folder and double click to run
- Click Next through the dialogue boxes in the installation wizard to complete installation
How to download Multicaps files for the first time
- Click Selections, Programs, & PPs
- Click MultiCAPS Data Files
- Right click the date for the track you wish to download and click Save Link As… (or Save Target As… depending on the browser)
- If the file destination does not default to C://MC2000/DataFile, save the file to that location
How to download Exotic Results files for the first time
- Click Results & Charts
- Click Exotic Results Files
- Right click the date for the track you wish to download and click Save Link As… (or Save Target As… depending on the browser)
- If the file destination does not default to C://MC2000/DataFile, save the file to that location
How to import files
- Open MultiCaps 2000
- Click File
- Click Import MultiCaps Data File (or Import Results Data File when importing Exotic Results Files)
- Double click the file you wish to import
How to open Multicaps Files
- Click Open
- Select the Track/Race Number you wish to handicap
What to do if a file is corrupt
- Verify that the file is indeed corrupt by handicapping it on your machine
- If the file loads correctly for you, have the customer download the file again and attempt to run it in Multicaps
- If the file does not load correctly for you, file a ticket with Product Support
